Expertise · Palantir Foundry

Palantir Foundry,
operated at its true value.

The difference between a platform that pays back its licence and a project that stalls is the engineering built around it. We build the pipelines, the ontology and the applications that turn Foundry into a tool your teams actually use every day.

01/What we build on Foundry

Four layers of engineering,
one goal: real-world usage.

A Foundry licence produces nothing by itself. Value comes from what is built on top of it — and from the rigour with which it is built.

01

Data pipelines and integration

Connecting your source systems (ERP, PLM, DMS, business databases), versioned transformations, continuously monitored data quality. The foundation without which nothing holds.

02

Business ontology

Modelling your real-world objects — parts, documents, orders, contracts — so teams reason about their business, not database tables. This is Foundry's differentiating core.

03

Operational applications

Workshop apps, automations, processing robots: tools your operational teams use daily, with human control exactly where it matters.

04

Industrialisation and handover

Governance, permissions, monitoring, documentation — and upskilling your teams so they take over. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.

02/Case study · Airbus

Over 5 million euros saved
on the design office document chain.

At Airbus, we designed and deployed document-processing robots on Palantir Foundry for the design office. Two flagship systems:

errors ÷ 4

Archiving and document control robot

Automated archiving and compliance control of design office documents. Result: an error rate divided by 4 across the scope, with full traceability of every document.

time ÷ 35

Safety class extraction robot

Automatic extraction of safety classes from engineering documents, where entry and control were previously fully manual. Processing time divided by nearly 35.

These combined gains represent over 5 million euros in savings — measured, not estimated.

Also deployed at SCOR

We also work on Palantir Foundry at SCOR, a global reinsurance leader — proof that the method holds in regulatory and business contexts very different from industry.

03/Method

Three phases,
deliverables at every step.

012 to 3 weeks

Framing

Audit of your Foundry instance (or of your acquisition project), data and use-case mapping, value-based prioritisation. Deliverable: a costed roadmap.

022-week cycles

Iterative build

Pipelines, ontology and applications built in visible increments. Every cycle ends with a demo on your real data — not slides.

03continuous

Handover

Documentation, team training, governance. You remain owner of — and autonomous on — everything that was built.

04/Frequently asked questions

Do we need a Foundry licence already?

No. If you have one, we maximise its return. If you are considering one, we help you validate the business case before committing the budget — including advising against Foundry if another tool is enough.

Do you work with Palantir's own teams?

We work alongside the Palantir teams already present at our clients: they operate the platform, we build the business systems that run on it.

How long before a first result?

A first production-ready system typically ships in 8 to 14 weeks. The initial 2-to-3-week framing gives you a costed trajectory before any long commitment.

Which sectors do you operate in?

Industry and aerospace (Airbus), insurance and reinsurance (SCOR). The method applies wherever critical data meets document-heavy processes.

Your Foundry instance can deliver more.

Thirty minutes with an engineer — not a salesperson — to assess what your context allows. No commitment.
